  • "Customer" means any individual or legal entity that requests or uses our Services.
  • "Shipment" means any goods, cargo, or items consigned to us for transportation or handling.
  • "Quotation" means a formal price proposal provided by us for specific Services.

3. Services

We provide logistics and freight services as described on our Website and in individual service agreements. All Services are subject to availability and our standard operating procedures. We reserve the right to refuse or decline any request for Services at our sole discretion.

4. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on the information provided by the Customer and may be subject to change if the nature, volume, weight, or destination of the Shipment changes. Additional charges may apply for insurance, customs clearance, storage, and special handling.

5. Customer Obligations

The Customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about each Shipment, including its nature, value, weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Ensure all goods are properly packaged, labelled, and documented in accordance with applicable laws and carrier requirements.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs requirements relating to the Shipment.
  • Not tender any dangerous, hazardous, prohibited, or illegal goods without prior written disclosure and approval.
  • Pay all applicable charges, duties, taxes, and fees in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

6. Prohibited Goods

The following goods are strictly prohibited from being shipped through our Services unless expressly agreed in writing:

  • Cash, negotiable instruments, and precious metals.
  • Any goods prohibited by applicable laws or carrier policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability for loss, damage, or delay to a Shipment is limited to the value declared by the Customer or the limits set out in the relevant transport convention (e.g., CMR, Montreal Convention, Hague-Visby Rules), whichever is lower.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of opportunity.
  • We shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, customs inspections, weather conditions, pandemics, political unrest, or acts of God.
